The gameplay is so slowly paced that it becomes a bore after about 10 minutes. In addition to that, the game lacks a virtual directional pad making it difficult to move in the direction you desire. Also, the very slim iOS 6.1 or later requirement leaves a great many of people out of potential purchase if they choose not to upgrade to a higher version of iOS for whatever reasons they may have.

Waste of money. Doesnt even work on iPod4!

iPad mini. Game crashes during fights, impossible to play.

I love this game on the ps3 but on my iPod touch it keeps crashing!!! Really upset. I havent even started it yet because of that.

This game doesnt work on my iPod touch gen 4.

Game crashes shouldnt be a reason that the came cannot be completed. Fix it and I will rate it 5 stars. Its annoying Ive reached the final battle of grubbins on ice.

Dear Double Fine, The game was suffering a plague of crashes, especially with the fight against Dorsilla. That was no bueno, mi amigos. I didnt see an update, but the crash disappeared and I was able to complete the game, which was muy bueno, Doble Bueno. I give 5 stars because this is one of the best little RPGs Ive played that holds up to classic RPG style in an era when mobile games replace true role-playing in exchange for redundant actions that accomplish a list of never-ending, repeating "missions" that drive a person to buy in-app purchases... to ultimately accomplish nothing. Its a sad misuse of the psychology of addictive behaviors. You have risen above that violation of gamers psyche with this gem. Thank you for the fun times. I shall now try Grubbins On Ice.

I want to like this game but the controls make that impossible. It feels like it was designed for a d-pad with the touch added on as an afterthought.

Easily one of the cutest games on the market, this light-hearted RPG tailors to lifelong fans of the genre as well as players who dont know what RPGs are. Recommended to anyone who likes adventuring, turn-based combat, and has a sense of humor.

More fun than I expected and the game is a lot longer than I expected. The battles get a little old after a lot of them, but still a lot fun. Just bought the expansion pack.

I absolutely love this game! Very disappointed that I just bought it and it keeps crashing my iPad mini. Ive read the reviews and see that people reported this in Oct.... Please fix!
